Outlook Mail Calendar size = 1.25GB ?

My Outlook Mail and Calendar app size is huge = 1.25GB. How do we reduce the size ?

Delete emails?

Only way I know is to reset the phone. It's a draconian solution but MS has turned a deaf ear to this long outstanding problem

Hi,
You need to go to your mail boxes,
'Manager accounts-change email sync setting- download email from'
You need to change to either 3 days, 1 week or 2 weeks.
Please note Setting mailbox to download emails from any time consumes the device memory.
