Mango "Voice to Text" Not Working

So I have mango beta 2 installed on my HTC HD7S. I have read that Mango has voice to text. When you are connected to Bluetooth in your car and get it a text it will read it to you and you can reply by voice. However when I am in my car and connected to Bluetooth, I don't get an option. Do I have to turn something on?

I have turned on the settings.

The speech settings are in Settings / Speech and check you have it turned on in there mehsdomi.

I think the default is off. (Read incoming text messages aloud)

You can enable bluetooth only, always on etc in there.

I see you said you have it turned on, so not sure what else to suggest.

Yes it is on and it still doesn't work =(
