Wifi Sleep Problems on HTC 7 Pro from Cellcom?

Hi all,

I'm new here and I just want to say that I LOVE my HTC 7 Pro. It's beats out Android and iOS in my opinion. I have only had one problem with the phone, and that's that when I'm connected to wifi and my phone goes to sleep, my wifi shuts off too. That in itself is not a problem for me, because it saves battery, but when I wake up my phone after just putting it to sleep, the wifi wakes up as well but can't connect to the same network it disconnected to just before. It's the most frustrating thing, because it just looks like it's trying to connect but it never does... This happens every time the device is put to sleep unless the phone is plugged in. Thanks so much for all your help, I really appreciate it!!!!

It works fine on my LG Quantum, although it does take several seconds to connect. Did you mean the phone would simply refuse to connect to anything or would it connect to wrong network?
