Sound 'pop' when changing tracks?

I have noticed that when changing songs on Zune with headphones in, There is a noticeable pop. For some reason the phone switches off the sound output to the headphones for a split second when changing tracks, resulting in said pop. Does anyone using other phones have this issue, or is it confined to the Titan? If it is a Windows Phone thing, it would be easily fixed, and is very irritating when listening to albums which are supposed to be gapless.

Also, that is another point. Where the **** is gapless playback, Microsoft?

I might be crazy but I think the "pop" goes away if you turn the "sound enhancer" off in settings. I switched it mid-listen through an album and I haven't noticed it.

My sound enhancer is already off.
