    I have outlook set up on my phone for work. When I reply to someone's email, I get a message from my phone that says "We weren't able to send this message. [...] Before you try sending it again, you can check to see if the address is correct." At this point, I do nothing. However, the intended recipient of the email receives the email between 8-10 times.

    My coworkers are not exactly thrilled with this, since no one wants to get spammed with 10 emails in a row! IT's only suggestion was "remove the account from my phone." #NotHelpful

    Any ideas?

    Reset the phone and reinstall everything?

    Does this happen for just internal emails or also if somebody from outside your work send you an email?

    Wouldn't hurt to remove the email account and re-add it. If that fixes it thats great, if not you've narrowed it down some.
