Email help for new user

So far I am really loving my Windows Phone but I have little thing thing that is nagging at me. Has anyone noticed an inconsistency in email push. Has anyone else noticed this? I have my live, gmail, and exchange syncing and they are all set to sync when mail arrives. I've noticed it because I can get notified on my desktop that I have mail in exchange and sometimes my phone doesn't notify me until 15 minutes later.

I haven't noticed any issues with Outlook because I don't use it, but I have noticed that, even though my phone gets new gmail right away, if I delete or move something on my phone, it takes a while for the change to update in gmail on my notebook. This is probably related to the "gmail sync issue" MS refers to and that's supposed to be addressed with the latest WP update (which I'm still waiting for...impatiently so). Hmmm...
