fail apple. they changed almost NOTHING in the new Ipad so they couldn't call it Ipad 3 .. they just wanted to make 800$ profit on suckers

You don't need to hate on other brands to like Windows Phone...particularly when the other product doesn't even compete with Windows Phone (i.e., a 10" tablet).

The iPad 3 quadrupled the pixel count, bringing an unheard-of resolution to media tablets. It also introduced 4G LTE. Both of those are huge upgrades from the iPad 2 in my opinion.
