UK Bing Navigation

Hey, I'm just wondering what is going on about this? I'm a UK TITAN user and am wanting to get Bing Navigation for when I learn to drive. Custom ROMs are out of the question (although it is Developer Unlocked), and changing to a different phone is also out of the question. So what can I do? Am I definitely going to get it, and if so in what form? Ovi Maps navigation or Bing maps navigation?

HTC locations works well.

I wouldn't know... never used it. Only reason I'm asking is due to the fact Bing Nav will be free, but HTC Locations charges for it. Though I have no problem using HTC Locations if it really comes down to it. Still would like to know if there is any info about UK Bing Navigation though.
