25MB limit for background downloads

Dies anyone know if its possible to get round this?
I have an unlimited data plan, and my 3g speed is faster than my home broadband, but WP7 forces me to use WiFi to download anything over 25MB.

How can I use the unlimited data that I'm paying for?

iOS and Android are limited to 20MB cellular data downloads too. Not just WP. At least the last time I checked. Its to help keep from bogging down the network. And probably to help preserve a little battery life.

I have upgraded from omnia7 to lumia 920. I used to have a 20mb app download limit over data connection, but i can now download any size app in the background. I'm on tmobile full monty with unlimited data so it is really useful, but i like to know if this is glitch or a feature.

I have set mine limit to 100 MB, there is a 'fix' but only for rooted phones.
