Windows Phone 7 Tango (7.10.8773.98) problem

Hi .. I have problem with my device after update from 8112 to 8773. In 8773, I can't open about and wifi in settings menu.
At the first I was in 8107 and I need to go to 8112 first before update to 8873.
I downloaded the .cab file, but without the language packs. does it because of the language pack I cant open the about and wifi menu ?
And is it okay when the booting time is slightly slower than previous updates ?


BTW, my device is HTC HD7 T-Mo unlocked, running 8112 right now.

Yes it could be the source, just use the windowsphone hacker program, it would make it so much easier for you, I used it and my phone is an HTC hd7 t-mobile. Also use the language/check for your main language. For me I just checked "English" throughout the whole process.
