Zune music pass error when playing mp3s

After manual update to 7.8 and hard reset, I copied my mp3 collection to my phone. Occasionally when playing the mp3s I see the error message "We're having trouble verifying your Zune Music Pass". The music keeps right on playing. I've never had a Zune music pass or purchased anything from Zune. What in the world is going on and how do I stop it?

Sounds like there's some kind of sync problem here. Have you tried deleting and re-syncing your music to your phone?
