Buying apps?

Okay so I want to purchase an app, I cannot do it with a credit card as I do not have one, and I cannot pay via my phone credit as there is no option, I am on a pay as you go simcard, I am guessing this is the reason I cannot purchase apps with my credit.

Is there a way around this? My carrier is Vodafone if that helps

I know this does t relate to wp7 but I have a wp7 decide so I didn't know where to put it

It's up to the carrier to support purchasing apps via your phone bill/credit so you will need to contact Vodafone and ask them if or when they intend to support this. Not sure if it's the same for WP 7 but on WP 8 you can also buy apps via Paypal or a Microsoft gift card.
