Update from 7.8

I appreciate we may never see an update beyond 7.8 but if, just if, there was the prospect of an update, what functionality and enhancements would you want to see? Lets go wild with this one.....who knows, maybe the Microsoft development team could use wp7 as a test bed for future wp8 functionality. I wouldn't mind being a guinea pig if it meant we weren't abandoned with 7.8 forever more.........

no word from Microsoft to stop wp7 support nor to support it in the future, but a few images leaked from Microsoft showed that they will support wp7 until mid 2014, however this is only rumor

Features I want to see are some basic features from WP8. Such as selecting multiple photos, better performance for 256mb devices etc...

Nothing to feel sorry about. I have an upgrade I can use but I'm still enjoying my 900. I've been waiting for a phone that I was interesting in, maybe the 1520 when it comes out. BTW by wife has a 920 so I know exactly what I am missing by not having wp8. I'm just not bothered.

For anyone who might still be upset they have to wait a few weeks to upgrade their 900, I have one and I'm on contract until August of...2014. I enjoy 7.8 but basically I ignore almost all WP 8 news because I can't use any of it. Hopefully by next August I'll be able to get a nice Lumia of some kind with WP 8.1 and that Cortana AI that I HOPE will be coming out...eventually...
