High data consumption - any way to track down the cause? (wp7.8)

Hello all,

I have a nokia lumia 800 with the latest update of WP 7.8.

Each month I suddenly have a few random days with a high data consumption via my providers network.
I already disabled all background tasks for any application.

It looks like a bug, probarbly with one of the accounts (hotmail, office 365, gmail, facebook, twitter e.d.)

At the moment I can't use the data connection anymore, because I reached the limit of my data bundle. Only wifi is not enough,

Is there any way to track down the cause? Or can I find support for this somewhere?

there is no way unless you have Windows Phone 8, but there has been a recent bug when twitter was doing backend changes which caused the people hub to use a lot of data
