Out of memory! How do I *see* what to delete?

Hi all:

I have a Samsung Focus running WP7. About 2 weeks ago when I sync'd the phone, I had about 2GB free...today, I can't even open any apps because I am completely full, no memory left. Anyone have any help for me in both how to cure this now, and how to see what is on the phone (other than the "reserved space" nonsense)?

Your quickest and easiest bet is to hard reset. Otherwise, try to remove every app you can delete, and see if they take up a particularly large amount of storage space.

Hmm. Aside from copy-pasting entire conversations, I know of no such way to backup.
