Not possible at all. And if ur still using a WP 7 I suggest u upgrade to WP 8.1 or Android since ur basically on a Dead ecosystem.

Simple, you don't, not with Windows Phone.

Either you get an Android phone or a Blackberry, which can run many (but not all) Android applications.

    With a compatibility layer:
OpenMobile | Enabling Android Apps on non-Android Platforms

No solution exists for consumers yet. Even if Microsoft has the support baked in, it will not be coming to WP7. Might as well upgrade ;)

P.S: If OpenMobile really is working on an ACL for WP they would need to be working directly with Microsoft. The shift in UI, unexplained adoption of new lollipop elements, and opaqueness makes me feel like we might be able to get Android apps from the store without knowing it. Sort of like a web app, but not complete ****
