24 Hour Format in calander

Is anyone able to set the time to a 24 Hour format? My language of the phone is english, the regional settings is Dutch. But form some reason the Time format in the Calander is AM/PM instead of 24 hour. I cannot find a setting for this.

Are you sure that your clock is not set to the incorrect time? After the 8.1 my phone seem to have reseted the time it was currently on.
I was looking like a mad man and tried to install new languages with other region/formats etc but it just struck me that the clock was not set
