Same issue here with a 920 and with my sisters 625. The problem arises due to the server being overloaded. You didn't need to do a hard reset
It may be because they are getting the store ready for new apps. That's what I meant. Sorry, for not being clear.That's for developers, so they can publish their apps. The Store is not working for WP8 users either, so it has to be a server problem.
