Haven't updated to 8.1 preview yet and I'm getting the same error.

Store is not working for me too, India region. Looks like there is a heavy load due to release of WP8.1 dev preview and hence the services are down.

Pretty sure it's MS' servers. It was working for me when I just update+region change.

That's for developers, so they can publish their apps. The Store is not working for WP8 users either, so it has to be a server problem.

same problem with 520

Same issue here with a 920 and with my sisters 625. The problem arises due to the server being overloaded. You didn't need to do a hard reset

It may be because they are getting the store ready for new apps. That's what I meant. Sorry, for not being clear.

store not working in armenia and kuwait...
Trust me I got the update when I was in armenia
now Im in kuwait I just arrived same issue exists here
I even did a hard reset while i was in the plane lol

My brother also have 520 and his region is set to India and store is working fine for him.
I have region set to US and its not working for me.
