Background tasks and notification

Hey, the first question is about the background tasks, I disabled background task for some apps so the live tile will stop updating but now I can't enable it since the background tasks don't available in settings, how can I change it?

The second question is about the notifications center, I can control only few apps on the settings, how can I add more apps to that list?

Its looking like only a few things are given that option, maybe feature app updates will allow that. What apps aren't updating

Ok I dl the app and if I go into battery saver it shows the option to turn off running in background, now when I do that and then go back into battery saver there is no longer an option to turn it back on, bug maybe idk

I'm running this on the Samsung ATIV Neo. I never shut it off in the battery saver but it does not show it as being allowed.

Try to uninstall the app then reinstall

1) make sure that apps are allowed to run in the background
2) example facebook app
go to battery sever make sure the app is allowed
3) enable toast notifications in facebook
the moment you get a notification it will be added to the list of app list in the notification center then you can change the default sound ....

I agree, some apps work some dont
