Problem with Settings in WP 8.1, please help!

Hello. After updating to 8.1, I'm not able to access several hubs in the Settings menu - starting from 'feedback to Nokia' to 'extras+info' (including display, touch, audio, network, accessories, storage check, filter, glance, access point) - everytime I try to open any of them, it tells me, e.g: 'glance (or any other hub name) can't be opened. An app update may be available in the store' Can anyone please tell me what's the problem with this and how to resolve it?
