Can't access nokia collection in store a after updating to 8.1

Just accessed the Store, no issues (L720 India).

I can access other parts of the store, only nokia collection is giving problem.

Have you changed your region to enable Cortana? If so that will afaik break access to the nokia collection page along with any carrier-specific categories, though you can still search for and install apps in those categories manually.
