I put in the MMS APN setting, but still they won't work. Anything I'm missing here? AT&T ~

a 1520 on at&t shouldn't need you to put in the settings for MMS unless you are using it on a different provider. IF at&t is the cellphone service provider the settings should of loaded from the sim the first time you cut it on.

Interesting. I have a 1020 and the same problem. It was used when I bought it and I immediately upgraded, so there was no way to know if it was a hardware issue. I am really glad to see I'm not the only one.

Will try the hard reset and see how I fare! I had no idea how important MMS was to my social life (...shut up... :p)

Same with my 1020. Something is wrong with the update. MMS were sending perfectly the day before and after the update... just the MMS has an issue.

Options -> CELLULAR+SIM -> SIM -> edit MMS APN. Use the settings from AT&T site. Then change IP type to IPv4 and prefix the usual httpCOLONWACKWACK to WAP gateway (URL).

That fixed it for my Lumia 1520 anyway, I now have:

APN: phone
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
WAP Gateway: httpCOLONWACKWACKproxy.mobile.att.net
WAP Gateway Port: 80
MMSC: httpCOLONWACKWACKmmsc.mobile.att.net
MMSC port: 80
Max Message Size: 600
IP type: IPv4

Had the same issue on my lumia 920

I fixed it by going into Settings > Cellular +SIM > SIM Settings then adding a name for my sim, go back a screen, turn data roaming to roam then go back to don't roam, then data connection to off and then back on
