Help! my phone went a bit haywire yesterday and i after reboot, no data connection!

I can't connect to any data at all. I have a 1020 and my LTE bars are showing but it won't connect to the internet, and WiFi doesn't work either. My phone just completely wiped it's internet connection. Is there anything I can do short of a hard reset?

Hi! Have you checked time and date settings? It happened to me too after a reset, time and date were wrong (it was set back to the production day of the device I guess) setting them correctly solved the problem for me. Hope it helps!

I had the same problem on an HTC phone and did another hard reset using the hardware key combo and the cellular network settings came back.

Thank you! Problem solved, I guess I was playing with VPN and even though it wasn't working I accidentally left it active, so turned that off, and internet was back. Phew...I was really freaking out
