Notifications in WP8.1

I love the new Notification/Action Center but I've noticed that not all my apps show up in the Action Center, like my games. Have you noticed this yourself? And would you know why?

A few people have noticed the same thing.

if i recall you need to have opened the app and it needs to have made a Toast notification before it will begin appearing in the action centre.

the only game i have played since updating is Nokia's Modern Mayor and that has provided notifications in the Action Center from day one.

Thanks for your reply. The game I play is AlphaJax. Usually, I get notifications through the games hub (which also no longer works) and the pinned tile. Now that you mention, I just realized that it no longer does the toast notification either. I only get the tile notification.
