Issue with Kid's Corner and SD card?

For those who use kid's corner for their kids, do you encountered any problem with it after upgrading to 8.1?

I store my kid's stuff inside the SD card on my Lumia 521, and here are the issues:

- Old videos from WP8 were not properly migrated. Some are gone, and the remaining video tiles cannot be opened.
- Even after reformatted the SD card, those video tiles / thumbnails are still there. There is no way to remove it even from Kid's Corner manager
- When new video files are inserted to KC, they don't generate thumbnail images, just tile with theme color and title.

I am thinking of hard reset the phone, but if there is another simpler way to solve this please let me know.

I have the same issue, none of the old tiles play and cannot be removed.

I am also having the same issue with deleted music album pinned
