WP 8.1 preview update concerns

hi guys

i want to upgrade to 8.1 to try out the features but I am not sure if I would get any more updates from Nokia after that/

Currently I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 rogers version unlocked and using it on WIND. I am just wondering if i upgraded to 8.1 will I lose potential upgrades from Nokia and others is that true?

You still get firmware updates from Nokia after installing WP8.1 preview.

False. Same update
You can actually unregister your lumia from Dev Preview and hit update

You can't go back once you update.

download the WP8 SDK tools lite.
It comes with an application to Register and Un register your device.

i downloaded the preview for developers app and upgraded to 8.1 which is pretty good and the action center is really great
