I am not sure if this has anything to do with WP8.1 but it's the link between all these machines so I figured I would check to see if anyone else has the issue.
The day that I upgraded my phone to wp8.1 all of my live account connected computers (5 of them) stopped autocompleting URLs in internet explorer. I have reset the browsers, verified that gear, internet options, content, (autocomplete) settings is enabled for each of them. I have even performed IT resets and they still lose autocomplete history.
There could be some other issue influencing my live account so I am not blaming WP8.1 I am just checking to see if anyone else is having this problem.
