its not possible at moment , but you can go into phone settings from action centre by taping on settings/gear icon.

you can install app folder if you don't have it already,and pin it to the startscreen, and put all the advanced audio in there...and you'll have instant acces to them, i've done that and i can't ask for more than that rly:

I mean the ability control the app volume and the volume of the ringer.

Right now: you need two clicks to go to this menu.( one physical button press and another tap on the screen)
