[BuG]Prevent Accidental Camera Launch When Phone Is Locked[BuG]

I'm using Lumia 620, running
8.1 dev preview. I just found a
bug, which is really a worst
one.
In settings >swipe left> photos
+camera
In it, there is an option to
prevent accidental camera
launch when phone is locked.
but when i hold down the
camera button in
lockscreen ,the camera just
appeared on the screen. This
makes the option to prevent
accidental camera lauch
worthless.
Anyone experiencing same
issue ??

You need to cover the proximity sensor, then the camera button will not work. If the proximity sensor covered, it simulates that the phone is in your pocket, in a bag, etc... This is the way how it works in WP8 too.
