Text over WiFi Calling

I've had this problem with 8.0 too, and would like Microsoft to find an answer for it. When I have Wi-Fi Calling turned on, I often get an unable to send message when trying to send a Text Message. I have to turn Wi-Fi off in order to send a text. This is a well documented problem in many forums - you'd think that by now, they would have come up with a solution to it.

Having the sake issues on my 925 incoming text aren't delivered either when wifi is turned on. Hope there's a fix soon.

I suspect that I am having the same problem in addition to the one that I originally posted. I submitted these to Microsoft using the Diagnostics app that was released for WP 8.1 previewers.
