How to disable XBL?

Just updated to WP8.1 DP, I used to have my Xbox Live Account not synced to WP8, i cannot find the option to disable in WP8.1. Does it exist and if so can someone tell me how to disable? I didn't install the "Extra Features" App in hoping this block from accessing but its not the case.

Now that you mention it, I can't find that toggle either... (I do have Extras installed)

They removed Games from the application section in settings...with the latest article about removing games hub completely, seems like they're planning on using a different method for XBL? Maybe to comply more with Xbox one? There are no settings to turn it off any where, I even figured maybe it part of the Microsoft account settings (under emails/accounts) but its not

Yeah I was wondering that too. In the past in 8.0 if I had a problem with notifications not coming through I'd toggle them off and on again but no way of doing that now.
