Volume Sound Bug

Hi, i have a Problem: I putdown my call and App message Sound down to zero! Now no Sound by incoming calls or a whatsapp message. Now i put my headphones in and hear Musik. Now a call Coming in and you hear sound out of the speakers of the phone but i check the soundvolume in the config is zero. Whats this , its normally or a bug? I mean at night in the sleeping room i put down the volume of the incoming calls sound and than this full sound by incoming calls out of the Phone speakers.

My System: Lumia 1020 + 8.1 preview

However, it's been suggested that a hard reset will usually clear up most issues. That all depends if you want to do one.
