I'm assuming from your very short vague description if you're wondering if any of these functions show up in the notification center?

If an app is updated, yes it shows in the notification center.
If it's installing. No.
If you miss a call, yes.
Bluetooth, not sure what would show up in the notification center for that.

What i am saying is, if the app installing/updating the progress should show in notification bar. Now we need to go store for the seeing the progress of App. Up to My knowledge as of now, how many apps are ready to update or showing in notification center.

Yes, but while we are in calling, it is showing like tap to expand in top of the screen and covers the notification bar fully(unable to see the default notification icons).

File transferring progress bar and transferred history(like in Android)

I think that your issue here is you want the same functions as Android. WP is different. Maybe in a future update. Maybe not. I don't think the notification centre is meant to be like Android.
