If you push the volume buttons, does the device think headphones are plugged in? It could be as simple as a stuck headphone jack.

insert your headphones and check whether sound is available or not... Also can be hardware problem... Contact your nearest Nokia service centre.

I did already and works fine, sound is coming from headphones and "headphones " volume works by pressed buttons , in fact i disassembled headphone jack by opening phone just to make sure that bottom speaker is working without headphone jack. But still not working

Also can be hardware problem... Contact your nearest Nokia service centre.

Maybe it is, i was able to bring back WP8 to this device using Nokia Software Recovery Tool, speaker still doesn't work. Unfortunately i'm not able to sent to any Nokia Service Center in USA, in front ask me for IMEI #, which is only supported in Canada

Each and every phone has its own imei... You can find your imei by opening keypad and pressing *#06# . This brings the imei no. Note it down and then take it to a service centre. Besides it there are local phone repair shops, I don't think your are having any software related problem because if any was there, it would have got fixed by the recovery tool .....
