Well that certainly is my hope.
But it also makes sense for a couple of reasons
(1) Little more consistent with naming convention similar to lumia 520 and lumia 525 ( I know..i know both 620/625 have 512 RAM)
(2) Nokia recently announced Lumia 636 and Lumia 638 with 1 GB RAM for china and they both have 4G/LTE like lumia 635
(3) Last but not the least, lumia 635 hasn't shipped yet, and it makes good business sense to upgrade the specs on the faster more expensive 4G version, given the strong sentiment in the WP community that one of the biggest misses in lumia 630 is the 512 RAM instead of 1 GB RAM.
Does anyone else think it is still a possibility or too late for them to change specs of an already announced but not yet shipped product?
