Phototastic (paid version) revert to free version on WP8.1.

As per title, I paid the Phototastic apps and it worked fine for about a week. But it reverted to the free version after my 1520 hung due to Angry Bird Epic LiveTile that causing the overheat issue. Btw, what i did when the phone hung was soft reset.

I've contacted the developer and he mentioned that this is somewhat related to licensing issue on Microsoft and Microsoft is aware of it.
I wonder does anybody else facing the same issue? What is the best method to contact MS? email: support.microsoft.com?

Update: I had contacted MS and they'll refund to me. This issue should fixed when the official WP8.1 launch.

I had the same. I purchased the upgrade from the free version, then I decided to do a hard reset. After, it asks me to buy it again. I too have contacted the developer and said the same thing, that it is about the WP8.1 DP. Have not contacted microsoft yet. Will try to wait for the official release if it will be fixed
