Will I be able to update this developer preview when the official 8.1 comes out?

Greetings, everyone.
The title says it all, I guess. Anyway, I have heard and read that the official update (8.1) have got some new stuff added in Cortana, and in the phone overall. I've got the developer preview today and I was wondering if I am able to update this one or no? If I can't, I can downgrade this OS version when the official one comes out? I have read few articles on how to downgrade it back to 8.0

Yes, you will get the official 8.1 update whenever it is available in your country or by your carrier. You will not need to downgrade in order to get the offiical update.
