Nokia have just tweeted that Lumia Cyan rollout begins today (15/7/14)

Here's a link to the blog post: All-new Windows Phone experience: Lumia Cyan update - Conversations

Check availability here: Software update for Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 8 - Nokia

Sweet! Nokia Lumia Icon on Verizon still up to date. Frequency of my checks will now increase...

Nokia added the Cyan column to their update roll out tracker today. All the devices for North America stills ay "Under testing"

Availability in North America - Nokia

Everything is under testing 0.0 didn't they have long enough to test, especially the unlocked country variants? lol.

Edit: having thought about it and looked back when CV updates rolled out, most likely the country variants are released once feedback is received from majority of the carriers with the all clear signal. Hence why the country variants are usually last to get the updates, since the country variants are used on different carriers (due to no simlock).

I think everyone is getting their hopes up for disappointment. It won't be released today for everyone, it just means Microsoft has given the green light for the roll out if the carrier is ready. AT&T, Verizon, etc customers will still have to wait.

Hello

I have a question - how about preview for developers ? I am having WP8.1 Lumia 520 with preview for developers. Do we have to roll back to get cyan update ? or they will just update our device with new upcoming updates ?

You don't have to do any roll back .. They'll update it to cyan :)

No need to roll it back. It will get updates even if you run your device on DP.

No mention of three testing for 625 worryingly

Your right there is no entry for Three under 625, the only option is to flash the country variant rom if they are planning not to release it.

First post so hello from Northern Ireland.

I'm using a O2 (UK) supplied 925, its unlocked but using O2 firmware and running 8.1 via Preview for Developers. Bit confused about the update, will I receive the Cyan as soon as its available or will that still be dependant on the carrier because of the firmware. Hopefully its the former.

Thanks.

It seems the whole roll out is a total mess from a customer's view point. No one seems to be able to take responsibility for letting anyone know when we can receive this update that has been flying around 'the system' for months. This is simply unacceptable from a customer viewpoint, and shows a total lack of customer focus on the part of all the parties concerned (Microsoft, Nokia and carriers).

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

If you are at the mercy of AT&T, you know that this carrier take months after been officially released. So do not expect Cyan to be ready until few months from now.
