please help--battery issues on 1520

I degraded my Lumia 1520 from 8.1 to 8.0 because of heating and battery drain by Nokia software recovery tool.

Even after degrading to windows 8 battery drain problem still exists.(no more battery heat).

what shall I do is my warrenty void ? Shall I give the phone in Nokia care??

If you downgraded to 8.0 you can bring the phone in Your warranty is not voided because they can't prove that you had 8.1 you should remove the dev preview app tho.. However if the phone is fairly new then battery drain is to be expected

If there is no heat then chances are it is because of battery calibration. Use it for a couple of weeks, make sure you always charge to 100% before plugging out.
You can even try the 'drain out completely and charge to 100' method. That definitely helped me.

update:

battery life has improved because of unknown reasons..2days passed n it still is 45%

That's good news.. A new phone or a new OS will need some time to understand your battery capacity based on your usage. I don't know about 1520's battery but 45% after 2 days sounds very good.
