Hard Reset after latest update

Just curious to know if anyone has performed a hard reset after the latest update and have they noticed a significant change. I feel that my battery life is still pretty poor but I guess i'll have to make a rounded judgement after a few days of proper use.

Battery seems to be the problem du jour today....I guess hard reset might be in order or wait for a patch to be rolled out to GDR1.
