Bugs/Issues:

001 - No Fix
Posted: 8/6/2014
Bug: SIM Pin Acknowledgement Bug
Actions: Turn on phone, and enter in SIM Pin, hit enter.
Result: The phone acknowledges the correct SIM Pin ("SIM Pin Accepted"), then proceeds back to the "enter SIM PIN" screen for about 5-8 seconds before it proceeds to the home screen.
**This problem still exists after a hard reset

002 - Fix Added

Bug: Games Application Bug
Actions: Tap on Games application / Live tile (Looks Faded Green)
Result: The Games application does not load.
**Fix: A hard reset of your phone will fix this issue.

Bug: Linked Inbox Live Tile Unpin Bug
Actions: Unpin the Linked inbox live tile, perform a soft reset
Result: After the soft reset, the Linked inbox live tile will reappear pinned to the home screen (in most cases at the bottom of your live tiles)
**This problem still exists after a hard reset

004 - No Fix

Bug: Top Notification Wi-Fi Status Icon Bug
Actions: Be connected to Wi-Fi
Result: The Wi-Fi Icon will show no signal bars (just the white dot) even though you have a solid connection. (Network Speed Test Results for Wi-Fi w/ Wi-Fi icon showing just white dot/no signal bars: Download 28.40 mbps / Upload 6.27 mbps)
** This problem still exists after a hard reset

005 - No Fix

Bug: Automatic Wi-Fi connect automatically bug
Actions: Connect to Wi-Fi / leave range of Wi-Fi (Switches to LTE) / come back into range of Wi-Fi you were connected to.
Result: Majority of the time the phone will not connect automatically to the Wi-Fi when in range.
** This problem still exists after a hard reset
