Question about Cyan update for Country Variant Lumia 720

Good evening,

I own a Lumia 720, country variant.
I run WP8.1 Developers Preview, but no update 1.
I'm still waiting for the Cyan update for my Lumia and I know about the bit locker problem, but will I get the Cyan update when it will roll out for my phone, or do I need to downgrade to 8.0 even if my Lumia is Country Variant?
So my question is, is the Cyan update blocked for everybody with the developers preview, or is it not blocked for the Country Variant Lumias with Developers Preview?

It's currently blocked for everyone using the Preview for Developers. You can either wait for Microsoft to issue a fix, or attempt a risky downgrade back to WP8.

Still no Cyan update for my lumia 720 CV... Anyone else with a 720 and still no Cyan?
