It happened during the rebranding updates for the Bing apps. Because it required me to, I moved all of the apps to my internal storage. All of the apps moved smoothly as far as I could see, and every app updated except for the News app. And then I noticed that the tile for the app was still on my Start Screen, but on it, it said "@c:\data\Programs\win", so I figured something was up. So I checked my app list, and it wasn't there, nor did it show up in Storage sense. But for some reason, it says that it's "installed" in the store. Also, interestingly, If I try to open the app through one of Cortana's news cards, It just loads infinitely, and when I check the currently opened apps, it says the same "@c:\data\Programs\win" that was shown on the tile. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, is there a fix for it besides a hard reset? Running latest version of the Developer Preview.

Way I solved this in windows 10 (same issue) was with a Powershell script.

You should be able to use web-based Windows PowerShell Console on your windows phone

Use the Web-based Windows PowerShell Console

I have not tested this on a phone BUT it should work as its the NT kernel.
