This has been happening for quite a while now. And just when I thought the problem was isolated my buddy on his L930 (not on dev preview) has been having the same problem..
To clarify, the issue is that when listening to music (with the ringer option selected to "ON", meaning if a call comes in it will interrupt the music on headphones and play all notification sounds), after dismissing a call or text the music will continue to play but play through both headphones and external speaker.
This is EXTREMELY embarassing when in crowded spaces like riding the subway home during rush hour. For the last 4 or 5 Xbox Music updates I've had to keep ringer set to "off" and vibrate only set to "on". I've done soft resets and reboots with no change.
