New update Makes phone slow

I have lumia 720 and i have installed Preview for developers. Last week i updated it and now it is very slow. Even the lock screen takes around 10 sec to come up, along with this the touch stops responding very frequently, so i have to frequently lock it and unlock my phone again. Any suggestions what to do now

For now try a soft reset. Even after doing that you face the problem,then go for a hard reset. I too have a lumia 720 and on Developer Preview but my phone is working smooth as it used to.

I tried the soft reset, but its not working. And i cannot go for hard reset, anything else that i can do?
