Lock Screen not updating

Is anyone else finding that the lock screen isn't updating? I thought it was a problem with Facebook which is what I usually have as my lock screen. It would change the picture for a few days and then stop. I'd then reselect which albums I wanted to use and it'd work again for a few days and then stop once more. Changed it to Bing yesterday to see if it was the phone or the app, and same thing seems to be happening with Bing as the image hasn't yet changed to the one shown on today's Bing homepage. A soft reset doesn't seem to fix the problem either. Anyone else finding this?

Yes, I am having the same issue w Bing Pic of the day on the lock screen - it's not changing.
