Language makes some apps unlaunchable

Hi, I found a problem which is extremely annoying on my Lumia 520 (Core build 3058.50000.1425.10479 and with Cyan). Currently I have the phone with language English US and had region and regional format with Portugal, this is so I can use Cortana. But since the last update, if I have this region settings, the phone won't launch some apps, for exemple Here Maps, Here drive, #1Toolkit and many others. To be able to launch them, I have to change the region settings to US (UK also worked).

Any idea why this is happening?

I've noticed something similar with WhatsApp and Denim. App will launch, but with none of your conversations. Changing the language back fixes it.

But whenever i put it in Portuguese, they stop working :s
