I'm from Croatia and I have Samsung Ativ S i8750. I checking updates two times on day, and last update(for WP 8.0) I installed 2 months ago. Where I can download WP 8.1 for Ativ S i8750 and how I can install update? Thanks

Anyways, I gave this answer to someone else earlier today but it should help you as well.

Download the preview for developers app here:

Use the app to dev unlock your phone. After this is done, you should receive the update when MS send it out for the dev preview program. It's basically a way for MS to bypass carrier certification on their updates. Latest rumor is they plan to release the update at or around BUILD on April 2nd.
