Looks like it's a carbon copy of the Lumia Icon but for some reason it isn't coming for quite a while after the Icon.

This is downright ridiculous. I don't know what they were thinking. And I am a WP ******.

Is it me or is the 635 having issues? Probably software related but it looks like titles keep disappearing, and the camera quickly pans back to Stephen so as to not show it. Also noticed that camera quickly panned to him when they were loading Xbox Games like it had an issue loading.

these were the 2 things I wanted the most on WP 8.1, IMO is not as incredible as I thought it'd be Why Microsoft do that to us! It means I'm still not gonna be able to do things Android can, I don't know... hopefully they hurry up with WP 7.5 then

With WP8.1 you CAN install apps to SD and move apps between the phone and SD.

NO file explorer currently.

I want to know more about the "single" app thing. Does this mean if I have Surface RT, Windows Phone and an xbox one, the same app can be run on it all with some modifications?

About App2SD, I am happy to say that even with a standard SD card, the apps run smoothly and there is no noticeable latency when starting or running games/apps.
