I just Got New Windows Tablet RT 64

My question I upgrade to 8.1 everything fine. However, I went to XBMC web site download the software, when trying to install I got this
This app can't run on your PC" . is it a permission issue or just not compitbable

But anyways, RT cannot run x32 or x64 apps, only apps that are on the Windows Store.

"With Windows RT 8.1, you can install apps directly from the Windows Store, but you can't install desktop apps that you used with previous versions of Windows."

Apps on Windows RT/WP must be installed from the Store.
Only on the Windows Pro line can you install apps the way you describe.

Also, this is the Windows PHONE 8.1 forum, not the Windows 8.1 forum.
